The notice of special election must be in the following form:
NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION
(MUNICIPALITY OF ________________) OR (________________ COUNTY)
A Special Election will be held on __________________, ______, in _______________, South Dakota. If the polls cannot be opened because of bad weather, the election may be postponed one week.
The election polls will be open from seven a.m. to seven p.m. __________(mountain or central standard or mountain or central daylight savings) time on the day of the election.
At the election, the following questions will be voted upon:

The polling place in each precinct of this (municipality or county) is as follows:
