The nonpolitical consumers power district election ballot must be green and must be in the following form:
OFFICIAL NONPOLITICAL CONSUMERS POWER DISTRICT BALLOT

To vote use a cross (X) or check mark (T) in the square in front of the name. DO NOT cast more votes than are allowed in each race.
