South Dakota Regulations § 5:02:16:33 Procedure for placing voted ballots in the ballot box

Regulation Text

After the count has been completed, the election board or counting board shall place the voted ballots in the ballot box keeping them separated in wrappers or envelopes and sealed as provided in § 5:02:16:34 .
