South Dakota Regulations § 5:04:07:01 Fee for lobbyist registration
Regulation Text
Each lobbyist who is registered pursuant to chapter 2-12 shall pay an annual fee of forty dollars for lobbyist registration. The registration is valid until June 30 each year.
