South Dakota Statutes § 12-21-3 Notice of appointment and time and place of recount-Notice to candidates
Statute Text
The judge shall immediately give notice to the members of the recount board of their appointment to such board, and the time and the place of the recount as prescribed in §
12-21-20
, and, immediately after such appointment, he shall notify all candidates for public office subject to recount of the names of the recount referee and the additional members of the recount board, and the time and place of the recount.
