South Dakota Statutes § 12-21-60 Right of appeal to Supreme Court from judgment on certiorari
Statute Text
As to any such judgment of a circuit court any party to the proceeding aggrieved thereby may appeal to the Supreme Court in the manner provided by §
12-21-61
. For the purposes of this section, any person or official who has been permitted to appear in the proceeding shall be deemed a party thereto.
