South Dakota Statutes § 12-27-10.4 Affiliated entities sharing single contribution limit
Statute Text
All political action committees established, financed, maintained, or controlled by the same person or entity, including any parent, subsidiary, branch, division, department, or local unit of the person or entity, are affiliated and share a single contribution limit under §
12-27-9
, both with respect to contributions made and contributions received.
