South Dakota Statutes § 12-27-21 Contributions from public entities-Prohibition-Violation as misdemeanor

Statute Text

No candidate or political committee may accept any contribution from any state, state agency, political subdivision of the state, foreign government, federal agency, or the federal government. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. A subsequent offense within a calendar year is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
