South Dakota Statutes § 12-27-25 Termination report
Statute Text
The last campaign finance report filed shall be a termination report. The termination report shall be filed by the treasurer within thirty days following disposition of all funds and property and the payment of all obligations. If a termination pursuant to §
12-27-29.2
occurs, this section does not apply.
