Tennessee Regulations § 1360-02-04-.05 BALLOTS TO BE SERIALLY NUMBERED

All ballots shall be serially numbered and the county election commission shall, from election to election, vary the serial numbers sent to each precinct within the county on a random basis. The serial numbers assigned to each precinct shall not be made public prior to the date of election nor shall any officer of election be apprised of the serial numbers he will receive prior to his picking up his election supplies.
