Tennessee Regulations § 1360-02-04-.06 PRECINCT AND PARTY DESIGNATION

Regulation Text

(1) All ballot cards shall have the precinct designation pre-punched by the manufacturers thereof. The precinct designation for each precinct in the county using the punch card voting system shall be varied on such pre-punched cards from election to election.
(2) All ballot cards to be used in a primary election shall have the party designation pre-punched by the manufacturer thereof so that the ballot tabulator or computer will reject any votes cast thereon in another primary.
