Tennessee Statutes § 2-12-107 Issuance of commissions of appointment - Records
Statute Text
(a)
The state election commission shall issue to the county election commissioners commissions of appointment signed by the chair.
(b)
The state election commission shall keep records of the names and addresses of all county election commissioners and their officers, of dates of appointment, and of political affiliations of commissioners, and shall keep the oaths filed by the commissioners.
