Tennessee Statutes § 2-2-131 Replacement registration cards - Correction of errors in registration records
Statute Text
(a)
If a voter states in writing that the voter has lost the registration card, the commission shall replace the registration card. A card issued to replace another shall be marked "Replacement Registration Card." The permanent registration records shall show that the replacement was issued.
(b)
The commission may correct any errors in registration records which are apparent on the face of the records or which are called to its attention by the voter whose record is incorrect.
