Tennessee Statutes § 2-2-136 Forms and supplies
Statute Text
(a)
The coordinator of elections, at the expense of the state, shall provide the county election commissions with all forms necessary to carry out this chapter. The commissions shall be the custodians of the forms.
(b)
A county election commission may use a form generated by the county with the approval of the state coordinator of elections.
