MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM.
Relators Tami C. Pierce and Cynthia Siegel filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Respondent Osagioduwa "Odus" Evbagharu's decision to accept the Application for a Place on the General Primary Ballot filed by Real Party in Interest and candidate for the 180th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable DaSean Jones. Relators contend Respondent had a

ministerial duty to reject the application for failure to comply with the applicable requirements of the Texas Election Code.
We deny Relators' petition for writ of mandamus. All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
