ORDER

PER CURIAM.

We have reviewed appellee Ricardo "Richie" Rangel, Jr.' s Motion to Accelerate Appeal and appellant Daisy Campos Rodriguez's response to the motion. The motion to accelerate this appeal is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.

We ORDER the appeal be accelerated pursuant to sections 232.014 and 232.015 of the Texas Election Code and Rule 28.1 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See TEX. ELEC. CODE ANN. §§ 232.014, 232.015; TEX. R. APP. P. 28.1. We further ORDER the filing deadlines set forth under Rules 28.1(e) and 38.6 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure control the filing deadlines under this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 28.1(e), 38.6.

Appellant's brief is due on or before March 30, 2023. Appellee's brief is due twenty days after the date the appellant's brief is filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(b).

Appellant's request that we disallow motions for rehearing and en bac reconsideration in this appeal is CARRIED WITH THE APPEAL. See TEX. ELEC. CODE ANN. §§ 232.014(f) ("The court of appeals may refuse to permit a motion for rehearing to be filed or may reduce the time for filing the motion.").
