Texas Regulations § 101.2 Object of Rules

The objective of these sections is to provide for a straight forward, comprehensive, and efficient system of procedure before the agency to the end that justice may be served, the public's interest and welfare may be protected, and the disposition of cases may not be unduly delayed.
