Texas Regulations § 20.21 Due Dates on Holidays and Weekends
Regulation Text
(a)
Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, if the deadline for a report falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal state or national holiday, the report is due on the next regular business day.
(b)
Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a special pre-election report required by this title or by Title 15 of the Election Code. Special pre-election reports are due on the date assigned by the sections requiring those reports to be filed.
