Effective April 18, 2020, unless an exception is approved by the agency head or an exemption has been made for specific technologies pursuant to §
RSA
213.17
of this chapter, when purchasing telecommunication equipment or services, a state agency shall contractually require the manufacturer of telecommunication equipment or provider of telecommunication services to ensure that the equipment or services are in compliance with

C.F.R. § 1194.2, Appendix B., when such products are readily available or compliance is achievable.
