Texas Statutes § 129.001 Applicability

(a)
This chapter applies only to a voting system that uses direct recording electronic voting machines.
(b)
To the extent possible, the procedures applicable to an electronic voting system under Chapter 127 are applicable to a voting system under this chapter.
