Texas Statutes § 146.028 Preservation of Declaration

⤴ Up to Subchapter B: Write-In Candidate In General Election For State And County Officers

Statute Text

A declaration of write-in candidacy shall be preserved in the same manner as a candidate's application for a place on the ballot.
