Texas Statutes § 172.129 Statements Made By Election Officer When Primaries Conducted At Same Location
Statute Text
(a)
This section applies only to a polling place used to hold an election for more than one political party.
(b)
An election officer conducting a primary election may not:
(1)
suggest a political party's ballot to a voter; or
(2)
discuss any race on the ballot with a voter.
