Utah Statutes § 20A-2-300.6 Voter registration activities - Coordination among local, state, and federal officials
Statute Text
The lieutenant governor shall:
(1)
oversee, manage, and coordinate all voter registration activities in the state; and
(2)
coordinate with local, state, and federal officials to ensure compliance with state and federal election laws.
