Utah Statutes § 20A-6-103 Internet voting pilot project
Statute Text
Notwithstanding any provision of this title to the contrary, a county may allow a covered voter, as defined in Section
20A-16-102
, or a voter with a disability, as defined in
42 U.S.C.
12102
(1)
, to register to vote, and vote electronically.
