Vermont Statutes § 2682a Write-in candidates
Statute Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of section
2682
of this subchapter, in order to be elected, a write-in candidate shall receive at least 30 votes or the votes of one percent of the registered voters in the municipality, whichever is less.
