Washington Regulations § 434-264-100 Manual recount - Counting boards
Regulation Text
Each county auditor shall establish the number of counting boards to conduct the recount. Each board shall be comprised of no less than two members, made up of:
(1)
One representative from each of the two major political parties; or
(2)
Two staff persons.
