Washington Regulations § 434-291-080 Certification of the request for a special election to the county auditors
Regulation Text
Within ten days of the receipt of a request to hold a special election pursuant to
RCW
80.52.040
, the secretary of state shall certify the title of the measure and the ballot title to the county auditor in each county containing a portion of the public agency requesting the election.
