1.1. Scope. -- These rules establish general rules on corporate and membership organization political activity.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 3-8-8 .

1.3. Filing Date. -- May 5, 2020.

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 5, 2020.

1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect May 5, 2025.
