Wisconsin Regulations § EL 11.04 Election day responsibilities
Regulation Text
(1)
On election day, the chief election inspector shall state on the inspectors' statement, Form EL-104, that the chief election inspector holds a current certification.
(2)
Immediately following each election, the municipal clerk or director of the municipal board of election commissioners shall deliver a copy of the inspectors' statement, Form EL-104, pursuant to the provisions of s.
