Wyoming Regulations § 23-4 Procedures for Closing the Election
Regulation Text
(a)
The County Clerk must check the Completed Election Day Registrations box in the statewide voter registration system to finalize the General Election day registration reporting process.
(b)
The County Clerk must certify the election in the statewide voter registration system by December 31 on even numbered years or on an alternate date if directed by the Secretary of State if required to meet federal mandates.
