Wyoming Regulations § 24-2 Independent Candidate Petitions
Regulation Text
(a)
Independent candidates for partisan office shall be nominated by filing a petition containing the number of valid signatures required by
W.S.
22-5-304
with the Secretary of State or the County Clerk not less than seventy (70) days before a General Election.
(b)
The petition for nomination shall be approved for circulation by the appropriate filing office prior to collecting signatures in substantially the same form as found in W.S. 22-5301.
(c)
A registered elector may sign more than one (1) independent candidate's petition for nomination to the same office.
