Wyoming Regulations § 24-3 Counting of Signatures on Petitions
Regulation Text
(a)
If the registered elector was not registered to vote on the day they signed the petition, that elector's signature shall not be counted.
(b)
A signature shall not be valid if the date the petition was signed by the elector does not coincide with the circulation dates of the petition.
